You have probably experienced the problem of getting too much information while scrolling through your social media apps.
When you're scrolling through Instagram and your phone rings, you look at the phone and see who it is. You look at your phone and see who is calling and you have to answer. If it's the person you love, you might get a little excited. If it's a friend or relative, you might be a little bit worried.
And then it happens to everyone. You scroll and you see someone you know. You look at the person and say, "Hey, how are you?" and the person starts crying.
The problem with this is that the person on the other side of the phone is not in the same state as you. You don't know how they are feeling. So, the conversation never really begins.
